The day begins with a buffet breakfast offering continental, vegetarian and vegan choices prepared with fresh ingredients. Homemade pancakes and a wide selection of dishes make breakfast one of our guests' favourite parts of the stay and the perfect start to a day at the beach or exploring Istria.

A shared kitchen with a coffee maker, freezer, kettle and microwave is available on request. For an additional fee we offer cleaning, towel and linen changes, and laundry, drying and ironing. Public parking is about 20 metres from the property at €6 per day, and guests are welcome to use the yard, terrace, garden, and badminton and tennis equipment.
